Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Hyderabad to spearhead the design and development of high-scale enterprise applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend architecture and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of features, ensuring that our platforms remain performant, scalable, and secure. By driving technical excellence and mentoring junior developers, you will directly influence the quality of our product delivery and enhance the overall experience for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and efficient data processing for our core business platforms.

- Develop responsive, user-centric frontend interfaces using React.js to provide a seamless and engaging experience for our end users.

- Design and optimize complex SQL database schemas and queries to maintain data integrity and support high-performance application requirements.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS infrastructure to improve system reliability and streamline our continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical specifications, ensuring that every feature release aligns with long-term business objectives and performance benchmarks.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices in software craftsmanship to maintain a high standard of code quality across the entire engineering department.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with a deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js.

- Proven ability to manage relational databases using SQL, including performance tuning and complex query optimization in high-traffic environments.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, specifically in configuring and maintaining scalable infrastructure and serverless components.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide sustainable architectural solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster a collaborative team environment.

- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies, with a track record of delivering high-quality software within a hybrid work model in Hyderabad.

- Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 - 8 years of relevant software development experience, ideally backed by a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
