Full Stack Developer (React.js + Java)

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React.js on the frontend and Java on the backend. The ideal candidate should have experience in building enterprise-grade applications, RESTful APIs, and modern user interfaces while adhering to coding best practices and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Java.

- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontend applications.

- Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java-based frameworks.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system design activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

Frontend :

- Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Hands-on experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.

- Experience in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

Backend :

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience in developing microservices-based applications.

- Understanding of backend architecture, design patterns, and multithreading concepts.

Database :

- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.

- Good knowledge of SQL query optimization and database design.

Tools & Technologies :

- Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, SonarQube.

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains preferred.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Kafka or other messaging platforms.

- Knowledge of system performance tuning and cloud-native architectures.

- Understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
