Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Malaysia, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling high-performance enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless data processing for our core business applications.

- Engineer dynamic, user-centric interfaces using React.js to enhance customer engagement and streamline complex workflows.

- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to iterate on features that drive measurable improvements in user satisfaction and platform performance.

- Optimize application performance and database queries to support high-concurrency environments, ensuring reliability for our enterprise clients.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade code.

- Strong proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and managing relational databases, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues across the full stack.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project milestones and business goals.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software engineering principles.

- Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.

- 5 - 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development, showcasing a consistent history of technical growth and ownership of large-scale projects.
