Job Title : Full Stack Developer React + Spring Boot

Location : Pune

Employment Type : Full-Time


Role Overview :


We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the development and deployment of scalable enterprise applications built using React and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with expertise in IKP deployment environments and exposure to enterprise deployment processes, including HSBC MyWorkSpace.


Key Responsibilities :


- Build and maintain scalable full stack applications using React & Spring Boot


- Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices

- Manage Kubernetes-based deployment workflows including scaling and monitoring

- Execute and automate deployment/configuration tasks on IKP environments

- Integrate front-end and backend components using modern APIs and DevOps tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions

- Troubleshoot performance issues and maintain clear deployment documentation


Required Skills :


- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) backend development and React.js frontend


- Strong understanding of Kubernetes deployment and management

- Experience with IKP platform deployment/configuration

- Working knowledge of DevOps tools : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI

- Containerization using Docker and REST API/microservice integrations

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile development practices


Preferred Skills :


- Experience deploying within HSBC MyWorkSpace environment


- Familiarity with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP

- Understanding of enterprise-level security and compliance

- Experience with Terraform, Redux, and performance tuning


Qualifications : Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
