Position Overview :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Java, and Angular to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across our platform. In this role, you will work across the entire software stackbuilding responsive user interfaces, engineering resilient microservices, and optimizing data layers for performance and scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Design, build, and maintain both frontend (Angular) and backend (Node.js/Java) components of production web applications.

- API & Microservices Architecture : Design, implement, and integrate high-throughput RESTful APIs and modern microservices.

- Clean Code & Architecture : Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to SOLID principles and design patterns.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product management, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver features from concept to deployment.

- Performance Optimization : Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize front-to-back application performance, security, and database query efficiency.

- Engineering Standards : Actively participate in peer code reviews, contribute to testing strategies, and enforce best software engineering practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 2 to 3 years of continuous, hands-on full-stack development experience in production environments.

- Backend Proficiency : Strong hands-on development skills in Node.js and Java.

- Frontend Proficiency : Strong hands-on development skills in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, component design, state management).

- Data & Storage : Proven experience working with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.

- Core CS Fundamentals : Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, and system design fundamentals.

- Tooling : Demonstrated proficiency with REST APIs and version control using Git.

- Soft Skills : Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Education : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or related engineering disciplines from a premier institution (NIT or IIT).

- Work Environment : Prior experience working in a product-based company or a fast-paced startup ecosystem.

- Cloud & DevOps : Exposure to containerization (Docker) and standard CI/CD deployment workflows.
