Java Backend / Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and performance optimization. This is an individual contributor role focused on developing reliable, high-throughput backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.

- Build scalable, high-performance, and highly available backend services.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs using Spring Boot/Spring MVC.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Analyze and optimize application performance, including JVM tuning, memory profiling, heap analysis, and deadlock resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

- Strong programming experience with Java 8 or Java 11.

- Excellent understanding of Core Java, including:

1. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

2. Exception Handling

3. Java Memory Model

4. Collections Framework

5. Multithreading and Concurrency

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC.

- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Expertise in developing high-throughput, high-performance, and highly available (zero-downtime) applications.

- Strong experience in application performance tuning, including:

1. JVM tuning

2. Memory profiling

3. Heap dump analysis

4. Deadlock detection and resolution

- Good knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases.

- Experience as a Java Backend or Java Full Stack Developer.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Reactive Programming (Project Reactor, WebFlux, RxJava, or similar frameworks).

- Familiarity with modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.
