About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (Level 2) to join our technology team in Pune. In this role, you'll be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and testing scalable software solutions while also contributing to infrastructure development supporting our AI- driven manufacturing automation platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely on projects that automate and optimize manufacturing processes using cutting- edge technologies in AI, cloud computing, and full stack development.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React with TypeScript (frontend) and Node.js/Python (backend).

AI Integration : Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate AI/ML models into the SaaS platform, ensuring seamless performance.

API Development : Build and optimize high- performance REST APIs using Node.js and Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

Database Engineering : Design and optimize relational (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB), Graph, and Vector databases.

Cloud- Native Deployment : Deploy and manage services using Docker and Kubernetes on Linux (Ubuntu/Debian).

System Architecture : Contribute to architectural decisions leveraging OOPs, microservices, design patterns, and domain- driven design principles.

Data Handling : Work with large manufacturing datasets using Python (pandas) for predictive analytics and AI- driven insights.

Collaboration : Partner with cross- functional teams including product managers, AI researchers, and manufacturing experts.

Performance & Security : Ensure robust, secure, and high- performance software using best practices in algorithms and data structures.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, SaaS, and manufacturing systems to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a top- tier institute (IIT, NIT, BITS).

- 5+ years of hands- on experience in React (TypeScript) and Node.js on production- level projects.

- Strong experience in Python, including pandas, and developing high- performance REST APIs (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

- Expertise in databases - PostgreSQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB, Graph DBs, Vector DBs.

- Solid foundation in Algorithms, Data Structures, Software Design, and Architecture.

- Strong understanding of Microservices, OOPs, Design Patterns, and Domain- Driven Design.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments (Ubuntu/Debian).

- Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, EC2, IAM, and Security Groups.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
