Experience : 3-4 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and translate them into clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

- Design, develop, test, review, and deploy end-to-end full-stack features across frontend, backend, and database layers.

- Build high-quality applications using modern Full Stack technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), Java (Spring Boot) or similar frameworks.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and implement efficient data models.

- Integrate Frontier AI Models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral) into production applications to build AI-powered features and workflows.

- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), or RAG-based applications is a plus.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code while leveraging AI as a productivity tool - not as a replacement for strong engineering fundamentals.

- Follow engineering best practices including Git, code reviews, pull requests, documentation, testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions, debugging, performance optimization, and production deployments.

- Experience working on AI-powered audio/video applications, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, video processing, WebRTC, or media platforms will be an added advantage.

Required Skills :

- 3-4 years of Full Stack Development experience.

- Strong proficiency in at least one frontend framework (React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js) and one backend technology (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).

- Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs/Frontier AI Models into web applications.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
