Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 3 to 8 years of fullstack experience with at least 3+ years in BFSI/FinTech domain.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with BFSI data systems.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with BFSI stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple BFSI transformation projects.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of professional experience in fullstack development, preferably in BFSI/FinTech.

- Expert proficiency in Java/Golang with Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.

- Strong frontend expertise in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS.

- Proficient in RESTful API design and BFSI-grade integrations.

- Extensive experience with SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases for BFSI data systems.

- Knowledge of version control (Git) and secure coding principles.

- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with GraphQL and BFSI data query optimization.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Exposure to Jaeger or similar monitoring/tracing tools for BFSI transaction observability.

- Strong understanding of security best practices in BFSI applications (PII handling, encryption, compliance).

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and BFSI-specific delivery frameworks.

Key BFSI Requirement:

- Candidate must have prior BFSI/FinTech exposure working on banking systems, loan management platforms, payment gateways, or financial data systems. Experience in NBFCs, banks, or BFSI product companies will be considered a strong plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Architect & Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services (Java/Golang) and intuitive frontend interfaces (React) tailored for BFSI applications.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, enforce BFSI-grade coding standards, and promote secure development practices.

- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented code aligned with BFSI compliance and industry best practices.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, backend/frontend developers, and BFSI domain experts to deliver robust financial solutions.

- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in loan processing, transaction workflows, and customer-facing applications.

- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex issues in BFSI-grade backend and frontend systems.

- Testing: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests ensuring BFSI compliance and reliability.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with BFSI technology trends, regulatory requirements, and fullstack innovations.
