Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers with AI-Native engineering expertise to build next-generation, scalable cloud applications. This role combines strong programming skills (Java/Python), AWS cloud expertise, and hands-on experience with AI-driven development such as LLMs and agentic workflows. You will work in fast-paced, agile pod-based teams, delivering high-quality solutions using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end full stack applications using Java and/or Python

- Build and integrate AI-native solutions using :

1. Large Language Models (LLMs)

2. Agentic workflows

3. AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot)

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs on AWS

- Contribute to cloud-native architecture and microservices-based systems

- Collaborate within AI-native pods to deliver sprint-based outcomes

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices

- Drive automation-first development and efficient delivery pipelines

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Python

- Proven experience in full stack development (frontend + backend)

- Deep understanding of AWS services, including :

1. Lambda

2. API Gateway

3. EC2

4. S3

Exposure to AI-native engineering practices, such as :

1. AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

2. LLM-based integrations or solutions

3. Automation-driven workflows

Solid experience with :

1. REST APIs

2. Microservices architecture

3. Cloud-native application development

- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or similar

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Exposure to :

1. Vector databases

2. AI data pipelines

3. Prior experience working in AI-native pods or accelerator-driven teams

Nice to Have :

- AWS Certifications

- Experience in high-performance, scalable system design

- Exposure to modern AI application architecture
