Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Developer to join our growing technology team based in the scenic city of Shillong. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital operations. You will work in close collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end features using modern web frameworks to enhance user engagement and platform functionality.

- Build and optimize secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between front-end interfaces and core server-side systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring the application remains responsive and reliable under varying loads.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in software architecture to elevate the overall quality of our codebase.

- Integrate third-party services and databases to streamline business workflows and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep proficiency in building dynamic user interfaces with React.js and managing complex application states.

- Exhibit strong technical command over server-side development using Python, Java, or Node.js to create scalable back-end architectures.

- Apply advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript to write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code across the full stack.

- Possess 3 - 10 years of professional experience in software development, showcasing a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

- Adapt seamlessly to an on-site work environment in Shillong, maintaining high productivity and proactive engagement with the local team.

- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
