Full Stack Developer AI

About the Role :

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with solid engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frontend technologies, Python backend development, and AI/LLM integration. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning features end-to-end and building scalable, maintainable production applications. Strong practical experience integrating frontier AI models into products is important.

Key Requirements :

- 3-4 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong frontend development experience with the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem, particularly React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Strong hands-on Python development experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, backend services, and software architecture.

- Hands-on experience integrating frontier AI/LLM models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar.

- Experience building and integrating AI-powered features/applications.

- Good understanding of LLM-based application development, AI APIs, RAG, agents, or prompt engineering is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and engineering fundamentals.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clean, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Own features end-to-end, from design discussions and implementation to testing, code reviews, and production deployment.

- Build scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.

- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python.

- Integrate AI models and AI-powered capabilities into production applications.

- Write high-quality, maintainable, and original code.

- Use AI tools effectively as a supporting tool while maintaining strong engineering judgment.

- Follow engineering best practices including documentation, structured pull requests, code reviews, version control, testing, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other engineers to clarify requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve application performance, scalability, and code quality.

Good to Have :

- Experience building AI-based audio/video applications or platforms.

- Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, voice AI, video AI, media processing, or similar technologies.

- Experience with RAG, AI agents, vector databases, or LLM orchestration.

- Experience working in established product or service-based companies.
