Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer at unHR, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the end-to-end architecture of our core HR platforms. You will work closely with product managers and design teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance web applications. Your work will directly influence the user experience for thousands of employees and HR professionals, ensuring that our platform remains robust, secure, and highly responsive as we scale our operations in the competitive HR-tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable web applications using Python to ensure high performance and reliability for our enterprise clients.

- Design and implement intuitive front-end interfaces that enhance user engagement and simplify complex HR workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs and internal services, ensuring seamless data flow across the platform.

- Optimize database queries and server-side logic to improve application speed and reduce latency for end-users.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices in testing to maintain a high standard of software quality and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain platform stability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building full-stack applications with Python as the primary backend language.

- Strong command over modern frontend frameworks and the ability to create responsive, user-centric web interfaces.

- Proven experience in managing relational databases and designing efficient data schemas to support complex application features.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 3 - 5 years of professional experience in software development.
