- Strong fundamentals in computer science, IT, or related fields.

- Curiosity to explore and adapt to emerging technologies such as AI.

- Hands-on experience with web development in any of the following programming languages : Java, C#.Net, Python, Go, JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience in any of the following JavaScript framework : Angular, React, Vue.js with NodeJS.

- Experience with back-end development, basic microservices implementation and containerization using Docker.

- Expertise in Relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.

- Expertise in NoSQL DB such as MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc.

- Good Knowledge with any of the cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
