We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Developer with a specialized focus on Generative AI to join our high-impact engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend AI architectures and intuitive frontend user experiences, building scalable applications that leverage Large Language Models to solve real-world business problems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to integrate RAG pipelines and AI-driven features into our core product suite. Your work will directly influence how our customers interact with intelligent systems, driving efficiency and innovation across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end web applications by integrating sophisticated Generative AI models with robust frontend frameworks to enhance user productivity.

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Python, and Node.js to ensure high-performance data processing and seamless API communication.

- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows to provide context-aware, accurate, and secure AI responses for our enterprise clients.

- Design responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js or Angular to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience across all client-facing platforms.

- Optimize Open API integrations to facilitate efficient data exchange between internal systems and third-party AI services, ensuring system reliability and security.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in fullstack development with a proven track record of building and scaling complex web applications using React.js, Angular, Java, and Node.js.

- Advanced proficiency in Python, specifically applied to the development and integration of Large Language Models and Generative AI frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in building RAG-based architectures and managing Open API integrations within production-grade environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust technical specifications.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.
