Role : Full Stack Developer Couchbase & Mobile Applications

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Couchbase technologies, modern frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and mobile application development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Couchbase Capella, Couchbase Database, React/Angular, and Flutter-based mobile applications.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications while ensuring seamless data synchronization and cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.

- Implement and manage data synchronization solutions using Couchbase technologies.

- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.

- Develop and integrate backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system architecture.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and cloud deployments.

Mandatory Skills :

1. Database & Synchronization :

- Strong hands-on experience with : Couchbase Server, Couchbase Capella, Couchbase Lite, and Sync Gateway.

- Good understanding of NoSQL databases, SQL++, Full-Text Search (FTS), and data synchronization concepts.

2. Frontend Development :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with : React.js (Mandatory) and Angular (Mandatory).

- Experience in building responsive and scalable web applications.

3. Mobile Development :

- Experience in mobile application development using Flutter.

- Understanding of mobile application architecture and security best practices.

- Knowledge of Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) is an added advantage.

4. Cloud & DevOps :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Working knowledge of : Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with backend development using Golang, Node.js, or Java.

- Understanding of concurrent programming concepts.

- Experience with Vector Search and modern search technologies.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in full-stack application development.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience building enterprise-scale applications.

- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and microservices.

- Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring.
