Full Stack Architect - Enterprise Healthcare Platform

Job Description :

Join a leading global technology organization driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives for enterprise healthcare platforms. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect who can lead end-to-end application architecture, design scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, cloud, APIs, and data layers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own end-to-end application architecture across UI, Backend, APIs, Data, Security, and Cloud platforms.

- Design scalable, secure, highly available, and performance-driven enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical governance activities.

- Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.

- Drive modernization initiatives including microservices adoption, API-first architecture, and cloud-native development.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, security requirements, and enterprise architecture principles.

- Participate in estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and delivery management.
