Architecture & Technology Strategy :

- Own end-to-end platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and product objectives.

- Evaluate and implement appropriate frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Full Stack Engineering :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.

- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, testing standards, and documentation.

- Participate actively in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure :

- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.

- Implement containerized and cloud-native architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Ensure security, reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence across systems.

Technical Leadership :

- Serve as a technical mentor and engineering leader.

- Establish engineering standards and promote a strong development culture.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of future engineering team members.

- Lead agile development processes and sprint planning activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of software engineering experience.

- Minimum 3+ years in a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, Architect, or similar senior technical role.

- Strong preference for candidates with startup or product engineering experience.

Tech Stack :

- Backend : Node.js, Express.js, Python, FastAPI, Django, Go, Ruby on Rails, Java.

- Frontend : React.js, Angular, Vue.js.

- Database : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB.

- Cloud & DevOps : AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
