Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack AI Engineer to spearhead the development of next-generation intelligent applications that bridge the gap between complex backend AI models and intuitive user interfaces. In this role, you will architect and deploy scalable systems that leverage Agentic AI and Generative AI to solve high-impact business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into robust, production-grade software. By building seamless end-to-end experiences, you will directly influence how our customers interact with AI-driven insights, driving efficiency and innovation across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and maintain high-performance full-stack applications by integrating Python-based backend services with dynamic React frontends to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Design and implement sophisticated AI agents that automate complex workflows, enabling the business to scale operations through intelligent, autonomous decision-making.

- Integrate Large Language Models and Generative AI frameworks into existing product suites to enhance feature sets and provide personalized user interactions.

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from initial system design and prototyping to deployment and monitoring, ensuring high availability and system reliability for global users.

- Mentor junior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in software architecture and AI integration.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable web applications using Python and React, with a deep understanding of state management, API design, and asynchronous processing.

- Proven ability to design and deploy Agentic AI workflows and Generative AI solutions that address specific business pain points and improve operational throughput.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative efforts across distributed teams.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of navigating ambiguous technical requirements in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

- A degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, complemented by 7 - 14 years of professional experience in full-stack development and AI system architecture.

- High degree of adaptability and self-motivation, capable of thriving in a remote work setup while maintaining high standards of productivity and cross-timezone collaboration.
