Freecharge - Senior Backend Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Title : Senior Backend Engineer - Node.JS

Location : Mumbai/Remote

Experience : 3-5 Yrs.

Education : Bachelors / Masters in Software Engineering

Primary Responsibilities :

- You will be an integral member in the development and deployment efforts for few enterprise application projects to solve complex business problems.

- You will write idempotent, testable, debuggable, intelligible and documentable code and test cases using appropriate technologies like JavaScript or any other programming language.

- You will Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers and Production Support engineers in an agile development environment.

- You will improve the systems by integrating existing solutions and building new technology.

Required Skill :

- Strong proficiency with JavaScript.

- Strong proven experience with Node. JS and Express.

- Experience building API using Node JS.

- Strong proficiency working with RDMS and NoSQL databases.

- Event-driven and Microservices architectures; Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming.

- Experience with implementing run-time architecture services (caching, logging, etc.).

- Experience with collaborating with team members.

- Experience with managing team members.

- Experience with Test Driven Development is a plus.

- Experience with Domain Driven Design is a plus.

- Experience using Containers - Docker, Kubernetes is a plus

- Experience working in AWS Cloud Environment is a bonus.
