About the Role :
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager with experience building B2C consumer internet products. Someone who understands users, can identify the right problems to solve, and knows how to take a product from an idea to launch.
At FOXO, you'll work closely with founders, designers, engineers, and business teams to shape the product roadmap and turn business priorities into products that people find useful and want to keep using.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working through ambiguity, and being involved in every stage of product development, from understanding user needs to launching features and improving them based on feedback and data.
What You'll Do :
- Own product initiatives from discovery and planning to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Work with founders and leadership to define product priorities and build the roadmap.
- Speak to users, gather feedback, and use product data to understand what needs to improve.
- Turn business requirements and user problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to build and ship products that are easy to use.
- Identify ways to improve user onboarding, conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Prioritise features based on user needs, business impact, and engineering effort.
- Define product metrics and track how features perform after launch.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to understand what works and what doesn't.
- Study user journeys and drop-off points to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep product development and launches on track.
- Maintain clear documentation of product requirements, decisions, and workflows.
Must Have :
- 5 - 8 years of hands-on Product Management experience, with relevant experience in B2C consumer internet products.
- Experience building, launching, and improving consumer-facing digital products.
- A strong understanding of user behaviour, product discovery, and the product development lifecycle.
- Experience owning product roadmaps and taking initiatives from problem identification through execution.
- Comfort working with product analytics and customer feedback to make product decisions.
- Understanding of key product metrics such as activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, product flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams to take products from concept to launch.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams.
- Comfort working in a startup environment where priorities can change and not every problem has an obvious answer.
- Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.
Preferred :
- Experience working with consumer apps or high-growth B2C businesses.
- Experience building products from an early stage and scaling them as the user base grows.
- Exposure to AI-powered consumer products or AI/LLM-based features.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog.
- Familiarity with Figma, Jira, and Notion.
- Working knowledge of SQL for analysing product data.
What Success Looks Like :
- Building products that address real user needs.
- Improving user adoption, engagement, and retention through meaningful product changes.
- Using customer feedback and data to decide what to build and what to improve.
- Taking ownership of product initiatives and delivering them with the team.
- Making thoughtful product decisions, learning from results, and improving the product over time.
