About the Role

Aivar's Forward Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success. You will work directly with enterprise clients to deploy, customize, and scale AI/ML solutions in their environments.

What You'll Do

Deploy and integrate LLM / Agentic AI solutions directly within enterprise client environments

Build customer-facing voice AI features and AI-powered workflows on AWS

Own technical onboarding, integration, and configuration for new enterprise accounts

Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Act as a technical bridge between Aivar's product team and customer engineering teams

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in customer-facing AI deployments

Must Have

LLM / Agentic AI production deployment and integration experience

Voice AI building and deploying customer-facing voice solutions

AWS Solution Engineering running client-facing technical engagements

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders

Good to Have

Prior forward deployment or solutions engineering experience

Exposure to enterprise SaaS integration patterns

Experience handling high-scale customer deployments
