Role Overview :

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Deskzero, you will be a critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI product and our valued enterprise clients. You will be responsible for understanding complex client requirements, architecting and implementing tailored AI-driven solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration and adoption of HireSort. This role demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional client-facing skills, and a passion for solving real-world hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique hiring processes, technical environments, and specific requirements for AI resume screening solutions.

- Design, develop, and deploy customized AI and automation solutions using Python, LLM/Prompt engineering, Langchain, and Agentic AI Automation.

- Act as a technical expert during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, demonstrating product capabilities and addressing client concerns.

- Integrate Deskzero's HireSort platform with client systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

- Gather detailed feedback from clients to inform product development, working closely with engineering and product teams to translate needs into features.

- Conduct training sessions for client teams on the effective use and management of implemented AI solutions.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for client-specific configurations, integrations, and best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deskzeros implementation methodologies and tools.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to continually enhance solution offerings.

Required Qualifications :

- 5 - 10 years of professional experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar client-facing technical role.

- Strong proficiency in Python for developing robust and scalable applications.

- Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering techniques.

- Practical experience with frameworks such as Langchain for building AI applications.

- Expertise in designing and implementing Agentic AI Automation workflows.

- Proven ability to effectively gather and translate complex technical and business requirements from clients.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, API integrations, and data management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric approach.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.

- Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) and deploying AI models in production environments.

- Prior experience in the HR technology (HR Tech) or talent acquisition space.

- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
