Forward Deployed Engineer - C++/Java

We are seeking a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary technical liaison between Uniken and our enterprise clients, ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of our solutions in their environments. Your expertise will drive the technical success of our projects, from pre-sales through to post-deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Deployment : Lead the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of Uniken's solutions into client systems.

- Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Customization & Optimization : Tailor solutions to meet specific client requirements and optimize performance post-deployment.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and client interactions.

Required Qualifications :

- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a client-facing role.

- Proven experience in deploying complex software solutions in enterprise environments.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C++.

- In-depth knowledge of system integration, networking protocols, and cloud technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
