About the Role :

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions in complex operational environments.

You will translate business challenges into practical technical solutions, drive end-to-end implementation, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and technical requirements.

- Translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions and actionable implementation plans.

- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready applications, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.

- Build prototypes and POCs to validate solutions and demonstrate value.

- Troubleshoot and optimize solutions across cloud, on-premises, private cloud, and hybrid environments.

- Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, Security, and Solution Architecture teams.

- Own deployments, production support, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Consulting Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

- Experience in customer-facing technical roles and cross-functional collaboration.

- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel or work on-site with customers when required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience building AI-powered applications, agents, automation workflows, or data products.

- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

- Understanding of observability, production operations, security, and responsible AI.

- Experience with government, regulated, or highly secure environments.
