Job Description :

- 10+ years of experience in backend software development.

- 5+ years of experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions in production environments, including experience as a founding or forward-deployed engineer in 0-to-1 product development.

- Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, including generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy high-availability microservices that serve as the backbone for complex AI and machine learning workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing client infrastructure.

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable APIs, enabling efficient data flow between front-end applications and heavy-duty backend AI models.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks, translating these insights into technical specifications that improve system performance and user experience.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for backend development and AI model deployment, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rigorous code quality.

- Drive the iterative development of applied AI solutions, ensuring that technical outputs align with the strategic goals and long-term business outcomes of our clients.
