As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between our advanced engineering teams and our enterprise clients.

You will be embedded in high-stakes environments, working directly with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, AI-driven technical solutions.

This role demands a hands-on approach to building and deploying production-grade applications, ensuring that our proprietary GenAI and LLM frameworks are seamlessly integrated into client ecosystems to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end GenAI and LLM-based applications to solve critical business problems for enterprise clients.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI-driven insights.

- Develop and maintain high-performance APIs using FastAPI to ensure low-latency communication between client systems and our AI models.

- Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards to standardize data exchange and improve interoperability across diverse software environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to iterate on features based on real-world feedback and performance metrics.

- Provide technical leadership during client engagements, ensuring that software deployments meet rigorous security, scalability, and reliability standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling production-grade Python applications within complex enterprise architectures.

- Proven ability to design and optimize RAG systems and LLM workflows to deliver high-quality, context-aware outputs.

- Strong proficiency in developing robust backend services using FastAPI, with a focus on performance and maintainability.

- Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application in creating modular, interconnected AI ecosystems.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, client-facing environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.

- A minimum of 8 to 13 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale technical projects.
