We are looking for a highly skilled Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on engineering, solution architecture, and customer-facing responsibilities, focused on delivering scalable GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with enterprise customers to solve complex technical challenges including system integrations, scalability, and orchestration.

- Design, prototype, and implement solutions using AI frameworks and the Kore.ai platform.

- Build and optimize backend systems, APIs, and integrations.

- Develop and deploy RAG pipelines, vector-based search systems, and LLM-powered applications.

- Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical workshops with stakeholders.

- Translate complex AI capabilities into business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Support high-value technical engagements including proof of concepts and solution demonstrations.

- Document reusable solution patterns and scalable architectures.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or solutions architecture.

- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript along with experience in backend frameworks such as FastAPI, APIs, and microservices are essential.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases such as Pinecone or ChromaDB is required.

- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agent-based systems is important. A strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and enterprise integrations is expected.

- Experience working with large enterprise customers and technical stakeholders is necessary along with strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol, RAGAS, and hybrid search techniques is desirable.

- Exposure to voice AI, IVR systems, or contact center technologies is beneficial. Candidates with experience in building or scaling enterprise AI deployments will be preferred.
