Practice Head - Artificial Intelligence

Flexsin is looking for a strategic and execution-oriented AI Practice Head to lead the organization's transformation into an AI-First Digital Engineering Company. The role will be responsible for defining AI adoption strategies across software engineering, project delivery, operations, management, sales, marketing, and customer engagements.

The AI Practice Head will establish AI governance, create AI-driven service offerings, identify monetization opportunities, build AI-powered products and accelerators, and drive AI adoption across all departments. The role will also be responsible for helping Flexsin's 100+ active clients leverage AI for business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technology leadership, business acumen, innovation mindset, and hands-on AI expertise to position Flexsin as a leading AI, digital engineering, and consulting partner.

AI Strategy & Transformation :

- Define and execute Flexsin's AI vision, roadmap, governance, and adoption framework.

- Drive the company's transformation into an AI-first organization.

- Establish AI policies, best practices, security, compliance, and ethical AI standards.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies, platforms, and frameworks.

AI Powered Software Engineering :

- Define AI usage standards for developers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, BAs, and project managers.

- Establish best practices for AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, code reviews, and DevOps automation.

- Standardize usage of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI development platforms.

- Create AI-driven delivery playbooks and productivity frameworks.

AI-Driven Operations & Management :

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI across HR, Finance, Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership functions.

- Implement AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, reporting, analytics, forecasting, and decision-making.

- Develop internal AI assistants and automation workflows for business functions.

AI For Digital Marketing :

- Define AI adoption strategies for SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and lead generation.

- Create AI-powered workflows for content creation, keyword research, campaign management, audience targeting, and marketing analytics.

- Improve digital marketing productivity, personalization, and performance through AI initiatives.

Client AI Services & Consulting :

- Develop AI assessment, consulting, implementation, and managed services offerings.

- Identify AI opportunities across Flexsin's existing client base and new prospects.

- Lead AI discovery workshops, readiness assessments, use case identification, PoCs, and implementation strategies.

- Support presales, solution consulting, proposal creation, and client presentations related to AI initiatives.

AI Products & Accelerators :

- Identify market opportunities for AI-powered products and platforms.

- Lead the design and development of reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and industry solutions.

- Drive innovation around AI agents, knowledge assistants, estimation tools, proposal automation, CRM intelligence, and other proprietary offerings.

- Create revenue-generating AI products aligned with Flexsin's service portfolio.

AI Center Of Excellence (CoE) :

- Establish and lead Flexsin's AI Center of Excellence.

- Create AI training, certification, and upskilling programs for employees.

- Build and mentor a team of AI architects, AI engineers, prompt engineers, data scientists, and AI product specialists.

- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Business Growth & Revenue Ownership :

- Build AI practice offerings and go-to-market strategies.

- Drive AI-related revenue growth and account expansion opportunities.

- Develop strategic partnerships with AI technology vendors and platforms.

- Define KPIs and measure business impact from AI investments and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

- MBA or business management qualification will be an advantage.

- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, digital transformation, consulting, or technology leadership.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, or Intelligent Automation.

- Proven experience leading engineering, delivery, or technology consulting teams.

- Strong experience in creating service offerings, practice building, and revenue generation.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI Automation.

- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and MCP ecosystems.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong understanding of software engineering, DevOps, data engineering, analytics, APIs, and enterprise architecture.

- Ability to define and execute AI adoption strategies at organizational scale.

- Experience in building high-performing teams and Centers of Excellence.
