Role Summary :

We are looking for a Lead - AI Solutions to own the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle : from early-stage enterprise discovery and opportunity shaping, through solution architecture and product roadmapping, to client delivery, enablement, and post-engagement knowledge transfer. This is a cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of AI product thinking, client consulting, and delivery orchestration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead discovery workshops with enterprise clients to understand business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.

- Design AI solution architectures mapping client needs to platform capabilities - conversational AI, NLP pipelines, analytics dashboards, and intelligent workflows.

- Own the AI solution roadmap for assigned engagements - define scope, prioritize features, and sequence releases.

- Lead cross-functional squads (data engineering, ML, design, QA) to ship AI solutions on time and at quality.

- Conduct solution demonstrations, UAT walkthroughs, and executive showcases to client stakeholders.

- Contribute to building reusable AI solution accelerators, reference architectures, and proposal templates.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Proven experience managing or owning an AI/ML product or platform (conversational AI, NLP, analytics, or intelligent automation).

- Strong enterprise discovery and consulting skills : ability to run workshops and translate ambiguous briefs into structured solution designs.

- Hands-on experience with solution documentation (BRD, FRD, SOW, wireframes, and architecture specifications).

- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts : NLP, knowledge graphs, intent models, sentiment analytics, and process automation pipelines.

- Cross-functional team leadership : track record of leading squads of 10+ across engineering, data, design, and operations.

- Excellent client-facing communication - comfortable presenting to C-suite and technical audiences.

- Strong commercial awareness : pricing models, effort estimation, unit economics, and SOW negotiation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 12 - 15 years of progressive experience spanning product management, AI/ML solutioning, and enterprise delivery.

- Prior experience at an AI product company, analytics firm, or IT services organization with an AI practice is strongly preferred.

- Certifications in AI/ML, Product Management, or Agile are a plus.
