Job Description :

We are looking for highly skilled Fiscal Core Developers with 7- 10 years of experience in low-level software development, embedded systems, transaction processing, and security-focused applications.

This is a highly specialized development role focused on building and maintaining the fiscal core of systems responsible for secure transaction processing, fiscal memory management, electronic journals, receipt generation, protected timekeeping, and compliance with fiscalization requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C/C++, embedded software, state machines, secure storage, cryptography, hardware abstraction, and low-level debugging. Experience with fiscal devices, POS systems, payment terminals, cash registers, or other regulated transaction-processing environments will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain fiscal core software for transaction-processing and fiscal devices.

- Develop low-level, reliable, and secure software using C/C++.

- Work with embedded platforms, hardware interfaces, and Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL).

- Implement and maintain fiscal state machines governing transaction and receipt lifecycle.

- Develop functionality related to Fiscal Memory (MF) and Electronic Journal (JE).

- Implement secure storage mechanisms for sensitive fiscal and transactional information.

- Develop and maintain cryptographic mechanisms for data protection, authentication, integrity, and secure communication.

- Implement transaction processing logic with strong emphasis on consistency, reliability, and fault tolerance.

- Develop mechanisms for power-failure recovery, transaction recovery, and prevention of data corruption.

- Implement and maintain protected Real-Time Clock (RTC) functionality and secure time management.

- Develop mechanisms for tamper detection and tamper protection.

- Implement secure software/firmware update mechanisms.

- Work on certificate generation, provisioning, rotation, renewal, revocation, and overall certificate lifecycle management.

- Ensure fiscal transactions and records remain secure, consistent, traceable, and compliant with applicable fiscalization requirements.

- Develop and maintain functionality related to Z Reports, X Reports, fiscal receipts, and fiscal states.

- Debug complex issues at the firmware, embedded software, operating system, and hardware-interface levels.

- Perform root-cause analysis of production issues involving transaction integrity, memory, timing, security, and recovery.

- Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, QA, security, and product teams.

- Review technical designs and participate in architecture and code reviews.

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and validation scenarios for critical fiscal functionality.

- Optimize software for reliability, performance, memory usage, and resource-constrained environments.

- Maintain technical documentation for fiscal workflows, state transitions, security mechanisms, and recovery procedures.

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on programming experience in C/C++.

- Strong understanding of memory management, pointers, concurrency, multithreading, and resource management.

- Java or Rust experience can be considered where relevant to the target fiscal environment.

- Strong experience in embedded software development.

- Understanding of microcontrollers, embedded operating systems, device drivers, and hardware interfaces.

- Experience with Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) concepts.

- Strong understanding of memory, CPU, storage, timing, and resource constraints.

- Experience with low-level debugging and troubleshooting.
