What Were Looking For :

- 3+ years of experience in backend development (Python).

- Strong expertise in FastAPI (or Flask/Django with a willingness to work in FastAPI).

- Experience with REST APIs, async programming, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Bonus : Experience with background tasks (Celery, Redis) or GraphQL APIs.
