We are looking for a highly motivated Integration Engineer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and building scalable solutions. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to configure and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with multiple enterprise systems, enabling seamless data flow across the organization.

What You Will Do :

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with business and operational needs.

- Design, build, and maintain system integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external platforms.

- Support existing customers by resolving integration issues, troubleshooting data flow problems, and implementing enhancements to existing integrations.

- Develop and manage APIs, connectors, and middleware integrations.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable integration architecture.

- Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows and data pipelines.

- Maintain clear documentation for integration design, configurations, and best practices.

What You Will Bring :

- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and integration.

- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

- Strong understanding of data mapping, workflows, and integration architecture

- Experience integrating CRM systems with enterprise applications.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Azure, Power Platform, or cloud-based integration tools.

- Experience in SaaS product environments.
