Job Title : AI Consultant AI Risk and Compliance
Job Description :
As an AI Risk Consultant within EYs Cybersecurity practice, you will support client engagements by assisting in the assessment and implementation of AI governance frameworks, risk assessments, and control evaluations. You will work under the guidance of senior consultants to deliver data-driven insights and automation solutions that help clients manage AI risks and comply with regulatory standards such as ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in conducting AI risk and control assessments for clients across industries.
- Support the development and deployment of AI governance frameworks aligned with industry standards.
- Develop scripts and tools to analyze client AI risk data and automate reporting.
- Collaborate with client teams and EY consultants to embed AI risk controls into AI initiatives.
- Document findings and prepare client-ready reports and presentations.
- Stay current on AI risk management best practices and regulatory developments.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to client stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Required Skills :
- 2+ years of experience in AI risk, compliance, data science, or related consulting roles.
- Basic understanding of AI governance and risk frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF).
- Programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Awareness of AI model risk, fairness, and ethics principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment is a plus.
Nice to have :
- Exposure to cybersecurity risk frameworks and integration with AI risk management.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and their impact on AI systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and scripting beyond Python.
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Interest in AI ethics, fairness, and transparency principles.
