Role Overview :
The Product Manager will serve as a crucial link between product leadership and the development team, owning product outcomes as well as day-to-day execution.
You will break down epics from product leaders into well-defined user stories, ensure clear communication of product requirements, and collaborate closely with developers throughout execution.
Your role is pivotal in maintaining the balance between business objectives and technical feasibility in a US healthcare (HCLS) AI context where domain accuracy and payer/provider workflows matter as much as delivery velocity.

- AI/ML feature scoping : Partner with engineering and data science to scope AI/ML features evaluating feasibility, data availability, and model-behavior tradeoffs.
- Prototyping : Build prototypes and clickable demos to de-risk requirements and align stakeholders early.
- Domain translation : Translate US healthcare requirements (e.g., payer/provider and claims workflows) into product decisions, validating against credible domain sources.
- Backlog ownership : Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
- Agile facilitation : Facilitate sprint planning, review, and demo meetings.
- Stakeholder liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Metrics : Use data analysis to define and track product success metrics.
- Discovery : Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Documentation : Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
- Design collaboration : Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure execution meets design intent.
- Release management : Participate in release planning and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launches.
- Risk & reporting : Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers, and report status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
