About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled MS Fabric Tech Lead to drive the design, architecture, and implementation of solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in MS Fabric components, strong experience in data engineering and analytics, and the ability to guide teams through complex end-to-end data platform deliveries.

As a Tech Lead, you will collaborate with architects, data engineers, Power BI developers, business analysts, and project managers to design scalable, secure, and optimized data and analytics solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 8-10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI.

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (or strong Azure ecosystem experience with Fabric migration exposure).

Strong in :

- SQL, Python, DAX

- Data modeling

- ETL/ELT pipelines

- Lakehouse architecture

- Experience leading technical teams or acting as a solution/design lead.

- Strong understanding of cloud data ecosystem (Azure preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving, architecture thinking, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Azure services: ADF, Databricks, ADLS, Synapse.

- Knowledge of CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub.

- Experience with enterprise data governance and metadata frameworks.

- Prior experience building scalable data platforms in BFSI, Retail, or similar domains.

- Microsoft Certifications in Fabric or Azure Data Engineering.
