About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Angular and modern enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across both frontend and backend technologies.

This role requires a hands-on engineering leader who can drive architecture decisions, develop complex enterprise solutions, mentor development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-critical applications.

The candidate should demonstrate strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, API development, microservices, cloud-native applications, and modern DevOps practices while maintaining high engineering standards and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full Stack Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications with high scalability and performance.

- Build robust frontend architectures using Angular and modern UI engineering practices.

- Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using modern server-side technologies.

- Deliver end-to-end feature development from requirement gathering to deployment and production support.

- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.

2. Angular Frontend Leadership :

- Architect complex Angular applications using modular and reusable component-based architecture.

- Drive best practices around :

1. Angular architecture

2. State management (NgRx/RxJS)

3. Lazy loading

4. Reactive programming

5. Performance optimization

6. Frontend security

- Develop highly responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement intuitive and modern user experiences.

- Lead Angular version upgrades, frontend modernization, and UI framework improvements.

3. Backend & API Development :

- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Build secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, JWT, and SSO integrations.

- Integrate enterprise systems, third-party APIs, and cloud services.

- Implement asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.

- Optimize backend services for reliability, scalability, and performance.

4. Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical solution design.

- Define coding standards, engineering best practices, and development guidelines.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code delivery.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

- Troubleshoot critical production issues and perform root cause analysis.

5. Cloud, DevOps & Delivery :

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.

- Work on containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Support cloud-native application deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Ensure application observability, logging, monitoring, and operational excellence.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations.

- Strong experience in one or more of the following : Node.js, .NET Core, Java / Spring Boot, or Python.

- Backend Competencies : REST API development, Microservices architecture, API security and authentication, OAuth2 / JWT / SSO integration, API Gateway implementation, Caching strategies, Event-driven architecture, and Asynchronous programming.

Database & Data Management :

- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and MySQL.

- Expertise in: Database design, Query optimization, Stored procedures, Data modeling, and Performance tuning.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.

- Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven applications.

- Experience with frontend microservices or micro frontend architecture.

- Knowledge of application security and performance engineering.

- Relevant cloud or Angular certifications are a plus.
