Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Technical Lead with strong experience in production-grade Generative AI implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-level GenAI solutions and leading end-to-end POC development from scratch.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions

- Build and implement RAG pipelines

- Lead POC development from scratch

- Implement prompt engineering strategies

- Develop LLM workflows and agent systems

- Build backend APIs using FastAPI/Flask

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms

- Deploy on Azure (Web Apps / Function Apps / VMs)

- Work with Databricks for pipelines and workflows

- Collaborate with stakeholders

Skills Required : Aiml, Data Modeling, Python, Ml Engineer, Deep Learning

Must-Have Skills :

- Production-level GenAI experience

- RAG architecture & prompt engineering

- LLM orchestration

- Python backend expertise

- FastAPI/Flask experience

- End-to-end solution building

Azure & Databricks :

- Azure OpenAI, App deployments, Databricks pipelines and workflows

Preferred Skills :

- LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs, MLOps, CI/CD
