About the role :

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeller with 5-7 years of expertise in designing and optimizing data models, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance data models to support analytics, reporting, and regulatory requirements while ensuring data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models

- Collaborate with business and analytics teams to understand data requirements

- Build and optimize data models for large-scale datasets and reporting systems

- Ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance with pharma regulatory standards

- Work on data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions

- Support data governance, metadata management, and documentation

Preferred Skills :

- Strong expertise in data modeling tools (ERwin, ER Studio, or similar)

- Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts

- Experience in pharma domain (clinical data, R&D, supply chain, or regulatory data)

- Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration frameworks

- Understanding of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GxP is a plus)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
