Position Summary :

Job Title : Executive/Senior Executive IT Governance

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive IT Governance professional to ensure that our technology infrastructure, processes, and policies are robust, secure, and fully compliant with regulatory standards (including RBI guidelines for NBFCs). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT operations, business requirements, and compliance, ensuring minimal IT risk across our lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- IT Governance & Compliance : Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with industry best practices and RBIs IT Framework for NBFCs.

- Audit Management : Facilitate internal, external, and regulatory IT audits. Track and ensure the timely closure of audit observations and vulnerabilities.

- Business Continuity Planning (BCP) & Disaster Recovery (DR) : Design, update, and test the organization's BCP and DR strategies. Ensure technical readiness to minimize downtime for critical lending applications (CRE, LAS, LAP, Structured Finance).

- Risk Assessment : Conduct periodic IT risk assessments, vulnerability checks, and impact analyses. Propose and track risk mitigation strategies.

- Access & Security Governance : Monitor User Access Management (UAM), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and overall IT security hygiene across enterprise applications.

- Vendor Governance : Evaluate the IT risk and compliance posture of third-party technology vendors and service providers.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory. A Masters degree (MBA) in IT, Finance, or Systems Operations is highly preferred.

- Professional Certification : CICA (Certified Internal Control Auditor) is highly preferred. (Certifications like CISA or CRISC are an added advantage).

- Experience : 3 to 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 to 4 years of dedicated experience in IT Governance, IT Compliance, Technical Risk Management, and BCP execution.

- Industry Knowledge : Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector specifically within an NBFC handling secured lending ecosystems is highly advantageous.

- Skills : Strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of network and application security fundamentals, and excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
