- Execute end-to-end implementation tasks including system integration, data migration, and performance tuning to ensure seamless platform functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks during the development and deployment phases to maintain project timelines and data integrity.

- Mentor junior team members on best practices for STEP configuration and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Stibo STEP solutions, including advanced knowledge of STEP configuration, workflows, and business rules.

- Strong proficiency in data modeling, data quality management, and integration patterns (API, XML, JSON) within an MDM ecosystem.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end MDM project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to post-production support.
