Required Skills & Competencies :

- Experience managing distributed or hybrid pricing/analytics teams.

- Strong familiarity with Redmine, JIRA, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of pricing intelligence, market benchmarking, and resale economics.

- Ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution.

- Proactive mindset with strong ownership.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in pricing operations, data engineering, or analytics.

- Strong background in QA frameworks and data quality monitoring.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Python or R.

- Strong understanding of economics, pricing strategy, and e-commerce dynamics.

- Experience with automation tools and workflow/process design.

- Excellent communication skills (English, written and spoken).

- Leadership and mentorship experience with global or hybrid teams.

- Experience in tech resale, commodities trading, or procurement is a strong plus.
