Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IICS Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and cloud-based data management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), data warehousing concepts, and cloud platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data integration solutions to enable efficient data movement across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Integration & Development :

- Design, develop, and implement ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

- Create and maintain mappings, mapping tasks, task flows, synchronization tasks, and replication tasks.

- Develop reusable integration components and frameworks to improve development efficiency.

- Build and optimize data pipelines for batch and near real-time data processing.

- Ensure high-quality data movement between on-premise and cloud-based applications.

Cloud & Data Management :

- Integrate data across multiple sources including ERP, CRM, databases, SaaS applications, and cloud platforms.

- Work with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for data integration initiatives.

- Implement data migration and modernization projects involving cloud technologies.

- Develop and maintain secure connectivity using Secure Agent and various cloud connectors.

Data Warehousing & Analytics :

- Support enterprise data warehouse and data lake initiatives.

- Design and implement data transformation logic according to business requirements.

- Develop incremental and full-load strategies for large-scale data processing.

- Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to ensure data availability and accuracy.

Performance Optimization :

- Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot production issues.

- Perform performance tuning of mappings, transformations, and workflows.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices for efficient data processing.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business analysts, architects, data engineers, and project stakeholders.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

- Support production releases and provide post-implementation support.

- Understanding of data modeling concepts.

Cloud Technologies :

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Knowledge of cloud storage services and cloud-native data solutions.

- Familiarity with hybrid integration architectures.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter is an added advantage.

- Exposure to data governance and data quality solutions.

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Informatica IICS certification preferred.

- Experience in enterprise-scale data migration and transformation projects.

- Exposure to Big Data ecosystems and modern data platforms is a plus.

- 610 years of overall experience in ETL and data integration development.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS.
