We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure layers.
Key Responsibilities :
Architecture & Solution Design :
- Define end-to-end enterprise architecture and solution blueprints across applications, data, integration, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization, optimization, and migration strategies.
- Lead architecture design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural governance.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and architectural guidance during pre-sales, RFPs, and client engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring technology decisions support business outcomes.
Technology Leadership :
- Drive adoption of modern architectures such as microservices, event-driven systems, API-led integration, and cloud-native platforms.
- Guide teams on cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions.
- Define integration patterns using REST APIs, messaging systems, ESB, and middleware platforms.
- Architect data solutions including data lakes, warehouses, streaming, and analytics platforms.
Governance, Security & Compliance :
- Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with InfoSec teams to embed security-by-design principles.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs.
Delivery & Team Enablement :
- Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support Agile / SAFe delivery models and CI/CD practices.
- Mentor solution architects and senior engineers to build architectural capability within the organization.
- Review technical designs, estimates, and implementation plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Core Skills :
- Strong experience in enterprise and solution architecture for large, complex systems.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, SOA, and integration architectures.
- Solid knowledge of application development stacks (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.
- Experience with data architecture, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and analytics platforms.
- Hands-on understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Architecture & Frameworks :
- Proficiency in architecture frameworks like TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar.
- Strong documentation skills for architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical roadmaps.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decisions at senior leadership levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership mindset with mentoring and team enablement experience.
Preferred / Good-to-Have :
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled enterprise systems.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, or large COTS platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
- Industry experience in BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Cloud Architect AWS/Azure/GCP)
