Role Summary :

Looking for an IT professional who can manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email security, archiving, and SMTP relay systems. The person will ensure emails are delivered securely and smoothly and resolve issues related to mailboxes, applications, security, and user access.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

- Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, licenses, mail flow and email-related issues.

- Handle Google Workspace/Gmail accounts, groups, routing, policies and troubleshooting.

- Manage Intune/MDM, MFA, Conditional Access and Entra ID (Azure AD).

- Manage email security tools and protect against spam, phishing and malware.

- Work on SPF, DKIM and DMARC for email authentication and security.

- Manage email journaling, archiving, legal hold and eDiscovery requirements.

- Configure and support SMTP relay for application/transactional emails.

- Troubleshoot application email failures, SMTP errors, authentication and delivery issues.

- Monitor email delivery, bounce rates, spam/quarantine and security alerts.

- Work with Security, Application and Compliance teams on email-related issues.

- Ensure email systems follow required security, compliance and IT policies.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in Messaging / Email / IT Support.

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online.

- Experience with Google Workspace / Gmail Administration.

- Experience with Email Security Gateway solutions.

- Knowledge of SMTP, IMAP, POP3 and MAPI.

- Good understanding of DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

- Hands-on experience with SMTP Relay / transactional email platforms.

- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.

Good to Have :

- ITIL knowledge and experience working on hybrid infrastructure or cloud migration projects.
