Overview of the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and organised Information Security Analyst to support day-to-day cyber security operations, administrative coordination, security monitoring, and security assurance activities across the business.

This role is ideal for someone early in their cyber security career who has a strong interest in security operations, governance, third-party risk management, and cyber security administration. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business teams to help manage security tasks, support audits and questionnaires, assist with incident monitoring, and coordinate cyber security activities across the organisation.

What you'll do :

- Monitor security alerts, tickets, and queues; escalate incidents where needed

- Assist with Mimecast admin - email security, phishing, quarantine, policy

- Coordinate security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and audit requests

- Maintain records for third-party risk, incidents, and remediation tracking

- Support user access reviews, compliance reporting, and security dashboards

- Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and business teams on security initiatives

What you need :

- 1 - 3 years in Information Security or a related role

- Familiarity with email security, phishing, MFA, Microsoft 365, and GCP

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

- Good written and verbal communication; high attention to detail

Nice to have :

- Exposure to ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, or GDPR

- Familiarity with EDR tools, Azure/GCP, or vulnerability management platforms

- Experience supporting audits or penetration testing
