You will work closely with global IT leadership, security teams, and business unit heads to ensure that our device strategy aligns with evolving productivity needs and stringent security standards. Your daily focus involves balancing user experience with operational efficiency, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with seamless, high-performance tools. By driving innovation in device lifecycle management and digital workspace transformation, you will directly influence employee engagement, operational uptime, and the overall digital maturity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders to enforce endpoint security policies and compliance standards without compromising the end-user experience.

- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify pain points in the digital workspace, implementing targeted improvements that boost productivity and reduce support overhead.

- Manage relationships with global hardware vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective procurement and high-quality support service level agreements.

- Mentor cross-functional IT teams on emerging EUC trends and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale enterprise environments with 7 - 12 years of experience in EUC architecture, device management, and digital workplace strategy.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, effectively communicating these strategies to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize device performance, software licensing, and hardware refresh cycles.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to navigate a hybrid work environment and build consensus across diverse, geographically dispersed teams.

- Proficiency in modern endpoint management frameworks and cloud-based collaboration tools, with a focus on delivering a frictionless user experience.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry certifications in enterprise mobility or cloud infrastructure.

- High degree of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work model, maintaining clear communication and project momentum across time zones.
