Roles & Responsibilities :
End-to-End Service Ownership (M365 + AI) :
- Own and manage enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Define service strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating models aligned with business priorities and workforce collaboration needs.
- Take ownership of platform decisions, prioritization, service enhancements, and change management initiatives.
- Balance user experience, security, compliance, and cost efficiency while driving platform modernization.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, identity, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable and secure service delivery.
AI Enablement & Rollout :
- Drive enterprise AI adoption and readiness across collaboration and productivity platforms.
- Partner with Security, Identity, Legal, and Data Governance teams to ensure safe and responsible AI deployment practices.
- Define foundational requirements for AI success including content hygiene, permission structures, information architecture, and governance alignment.
- Lead AI adoption initiatives through training programs, user enablement strategies, communication frameworks, and best practice guidelines.
- Establish governance standards and usage policies for AI-enabled collaboration services.
Service Health & Operational Excellence :
- Own overall platform reliability, service health, operational stability, and end-user experience.
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, adoption metrics, and service performance indicators.
- Work closely with support and operations teams on incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and drive preventive and corrective actions to improve platform stability.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency, support models, and service delivery processes.
Platform Standards & Configuration Governance :
- Define enterprise-wide configuration standards, governance frameworks, and operational guardrails for collaboration and endpoint platforms.
- Ensure consistency across tenants, regions, workloads, and device environments.
- Align platform configurations with enterprise architecture, security policies, compliance standards, and Zero Trust principles.
- Build and maintain documentation, standards, and governance processes that are scalable and easy to consume.
- Drive policy enforcement and automation using endpoint management and governance tools.
Ideal Candidate Criteria :
- 8+ years of experience in Endpoint Strategy, End User Computing (EUC), Collaboration Platforms, or Device Management leadership roles within enterprise environments.
- Proven techno-functional expertise in driving governance, standardization, adoption, and platform strategy across large organizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Intune, MECM, and Jamf for managing Windows, macOS, and mobile device environments at scale.
- Experience managing and governing 1000+ enterprise devices including provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, tagging, and lifecycle management.
- Strong experience owning the complete device lifecycle including procurement alignment, enrollment, provisioning, refresh, reuse, and decommissioning processes.
- Deep understanding of endpoint security, Zero Trust frameworks, device trust, compliance posture, and secure access enforcement.
- Experience translating security and governance requirements into scalable endpoint policies and operational standards.
- Strong experience defining endpoint standards, governance frameworks, baselines, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflow and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing vendor and service provider relationships including SLAs, scope management, operational governance, and service performance.
- Proven ability to build long-term EUC and collaboration platform roadmaps focused on modernization, cloud-first management, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence security, identity, infrastructure, and collaboration teams without direct authority.
- Strong focus on user experience, simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent endpoint/security certifications will be preferred.
- Experience modernizing enterprise endpoint ecosystems while ensuring operational stability and business continuity will be an added advantage.
