Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage.

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Build DataStage jobs, sequences, and workflows to support data integration requirements.

- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading from multiple source systems.

- Analyze and troubleshoot ETL jobs, data issues, and performance bottlenecks.

- Optimize DataStage jobs and SQL queries to improve processing performance and reliability.

- Work with business analysts, data teams, and other technical stakeholders to understand data requirements.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support deployment of ETL solutions across environments.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 10 years of experience in ETL development.

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

- Experience in ETL development, data integration, data transformation, and data migration.

- Good understanding of DataStage components, jobs, sequences, and workflows.

- Experience in ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
