KPI Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced architect for our ETL development team, specialising in DBT and Snowflake. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of ETL processes to support data integration, transformation, and analytics initiatives. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines using dbt and Snowflake, ensuring best practices are followed for data transformation and modelling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient data solutions.

- Oversee the performance tuning and optimisation of ETL processes to improve data processing times and system efficiency.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering tools and methodologies, particularly around DBT and Snowflake.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in ETL development using DBT.

- Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture and data warehousing concepts.

- Familiarity with SQL and experience in writing complex queries for data analytics and transformation.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
